I am convinced that every person can learn successfully and efficiently if they know how to learn cleverly.
I have been supporting people in their development for over 25 years, with a focus on their various possible selves and a balanced life.
In my work as an executive coach and leadership developer, I meet many successful leaders and professionals who are parents. This balancing act poses specific difficulties when the learning situation with the children is not going well and conflicts and stress dominate the scarce time they have together. The risk of reacting inappropriately emotionally, whether at work or at home, increases.
As a former global executive in international companies who is also a mother of two sons, I understand exactly the challenges you face when it comes to (gifted) education, transition to higher schools, and learning and relationship time. And precisely because I know both the private sector and the world of education, I provide optimum coaching to parents who move between these spheres.
I work intensively with my coachees on the topics of strengthening strengths, self-organization and self-efficacy, (high) aptitude, limitations (e.g. ADHD, learning disabilities) and successful learning strategies. The focus is on the joy of learning with sufficient balance, relationship and leisure time.
I advise parents who are juggling work and family life on how they can provide support even in challenging situations without compromising their children's independence or their relationship with them.
I teach children and teens to organize themselves, to structure and master the learning workload and recognize important content. They develop tailored learning strategies to understand learning processes. The goal is to learn with joy and motivation.
I help young adults and students to find ways to beat procrastination and to grow efficiently and sustainably - academically, professionally and personally.
Sometimes my dog, Jorgi, an allergy-friendly, calm and sweet Labradoodle, accompanies the sessions.
I coach in German and English.
