Cancellation policy

Individual Coaching Sessions

Cancellations or rescheduling of individual coaching sessions are free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, as well as missed appointments, are fully chargeable.

By booking a session, you agree to this policy.

Group Sessions

Cancellations for group sessions are free of charge up to 1 week before the session date.

Between 1 week and 48 hours before the session, rescheduling is possible at no additional cost.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session, as well as missed group sessions, are fully chargeable.

By booking a group session, you agree to these terms.

Multi-Session Packages

Multi-session package bookings are payable in full at the outset of the coaching relationship.

All included sessions must be used within 12 months of the purchase date.

Packages are non-refundable, regardless of completion status.

Rescheduling of individual sessions within a package is permitted in accordance with the applicable cancellation terms for individual or group sessions.

By purchasing a package, you agree to these conditions.

Payment Terms

Invoices are due within 10 days or invoice date.

All prices are in CHF and include VAT.

Session Location

Coaching sessions are conducted by Katarina Huber online via Zoom or in person at the Venture Leader GmbH / CleverLearning office, located at Seefeldstrasse 4, 8008 Zürich.

In exceptional cases, and only by mutual agreement, sessions may be held at an alternative location within 10 km of Küsnacht ZH. Additional charges may apply for sessions conducted outside the standard office or online setting.
